Senior Quantity Surveyor

Bennett & Game are proud to represent a Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them based from their Cardiff office. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of projects including listed buildings, heritage, conservation, healthcare, industrial, and commercial. This particular client offers an interesting opportunity to work on varied projects from castles, cathedrals, and museums, to commercial developments and state of the art health centres. They currently have over 40 staff across their offices and offer a strong benefits package and the chance to work on heritage projects.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

1. Salary: £50k - £65k DOE (guide only)
2. Car Allowance DOE
3. 25 days holiday plus BH
4. Hybrid working (couple of days per week / flexible)
5. Pension scheme

7. Full APC support if needed

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

1. Prior experience working as a QS
2. Hold a relevant qualification in Construction / Quantity Surveying
3. MRICS preferred - not essential
4. Full driving licence
5. Based within commuting distance of Cardiff
6. Interest or experience in heritage works preferred - not essential
