Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing accurate cost estimates and managing project budgets
2. Conducting detailed assessments of project specifications, designs, and requirements
3. Overseeing procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and tendering
4. Monitoring and managing costs throughout project lifecycles
5. Providing regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders
6. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and building regulations
7. Applying value engineering principles to enhance project profitability
8. Managing risks and resolving any cost-related issues effectively

Desired Experience and Skills:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on commercial build projects
