We are currently partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who is a leading UK Infrastructure group. With a global presence and a successful history spanning over a century, they are now looking to increase their team even further with a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

1. Cost Management and Budgeting: A Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost management and budgeting for the Birmingham Hospital refurbishment project.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in quantity surveying, specifically with large infrastructure projects.
2. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
3. Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
