An expanding and busy Groundworks and Civils contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This is to oversee some new projects that have landed and assist in the mentorship of junior members of the team.

As a company, they have secured a variety of projects recently and have been innovative in the sectors that they have targeted. They are currently delivering their Groundworks & Civils expertise in some really interesting environments!

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee complex projects or portfolio as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
2. Mentor junior members of the team.
3. Manage and deliver projects effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience working for Groundworks & Civils specialist contractors.
2. Qualified to degree level.
3. Experience managing junior staff is preferred.
