Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is looking to take onboard a QA Analyst with both Front End & Back End experience who has the following skills and attributes.

The position is fast-paced and requires a person who is used to thinking on their feet and communicating to the team leader and manager if they have any issues both verbally and in writing.

Ideally, you will be available in a short timeframe and have the right to work in the UK.

Ideal Skills and Attributes:

• Experience within testing web, desktop and/or mobile software
• Manual & Automation Testing
• Working in phases of the test delivery life cycle including creation of Test Strategy / Plan documentation.
• Covering test Governance, Design, Estimation, Defect Triage, Defect Report, Execution, Test Progress Reporting and Test Closure
• Knowledge of manual test techniques - TestRail or equivalent
• Ability to write clear test conditions / cases & analysis
• Ability to prioritise based on project demands and risk
• Websockets knowledge is desirable or equivalent i.e. HTTP protocol
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise cases
• Team player who works well to cover the overall demands of the team to meet deadlines
