Senior QS/ Commercial Manager

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our groundworks and civils projects. You'll lead a small commercial team, manage project costs, and support profitable delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage commercial performance across multiple sites
2. Oversee valuations, cost tracking, and final accounts
3. Handle subcontractor procurement and payments
4. Work with contracts (mainly NEC & JCT)
5. Support tendering and pre-construction input
6. Report on budgets, risks, and forecasts

What We're Looking For

1. Strong background in groundworks/civils
2. Able to lead a team and work hands-on
3. Excellent commercial awareness and communication
4. Relevant qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying)
