We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing Engineering team!

About The Role
Are you ready to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional team? We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who can drive excellence in both manual and automated testing while setting up scalable QA practices. In this role, you’ll work alongside product and development teams to ensure a reliable, top-tier platform experience and help shape our future automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and Lead QA Strategy: Establish and optimize QA processes that enhance quality and efficiency, serving as a strategic quality advocate across the team.
2. Blend of Manual and Automated Testing: Execute critical manual testing and develop targeted automation to cover core workflows, ensuring consistent and comprehensive testing coverage.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and development teams to align on quality goals, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact, customer-focused features.
4. Build Foundations for Automation: Develop and document scalable testing strategies, preparing the groundwork for expanding automation and maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Champion TDD/BDD Practices: Drive a quality-first culture through test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies, guiding the team in best practices.

1. Experienced hands on QA with a blend of manual and automation testing.

About You

1. Extensive QA Experience: Proven track record in manual and automated testing, with a focus on establishing scalable QA practices and processes.
2. Expertise in API Testing: Proficient in both manual and automated API testing to ensure reliable integration and performance.
3. Leadership in Process Improvement: Skilled at implementing and refining QA processes within cross-functional teams, driving continuous quality improvements.
4. CI/CD Knowledge: Strong familiarity with tools like Git and Jenkins, enabling efficient testing integration within CI/CD pipelines.
5. Effective Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate quality standards, improvements, and best practices across teams.
6. Background in fintech, DeFi, or iGaming is a bonus.
