Senior Public Relations Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global law firm seeking a dynamic EMEA Senior PR Manager to co-lead their global PR function. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's public profile and drive strategic communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic profile-raising plans and campaigns.
2. Pitch stories and manage press releases to secure media coverage.
3. Build and maintain relationships with reporters, acting as an ambassador for the firm.
4. Provide strategic consultancy, including interview preparation and media training.
5. Oversee the editorial calendar for award submissions and recognition.
6. Manage and develop direct reports, and oversee external agency relationships.
7. Participate in crisis communications.
8. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communications initiatives, reporting on KPIs.

Your profile:

1. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful PR strategies with consistent media coverage.
2. Established relationships with key journalists.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.
4. Experience providing strategic advice and support to senior executives.
5. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Experience working in a global environment.
7. Ability to lead teams with empathy and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
8. Extensive experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate setting.
