Our client is a leading law firm who promote a collaborative and supportive work environment. You'll join one of the UK's largest property litigation practices, working with exciting clients from various sectors.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

1. Provide legal advice and representation to private landlords and insurance clients on recovering possession of residential properties.
2. Handle cases involving assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, rent act tenancies, and common law tenancies.
3. Navigate the complexities of residential possession work, including defended actions and disrepair claims.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this position, you should have:

1. At least 2 years of experience in residential possession work, ideally for landlords.
2. A solid understanding of the legal procedures and requirements for recovering possession.
3. Excellent client care skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
4. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work.
5. Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.
6. A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
