THE ROLE

For an experienced property lawyer in a role where the main focus will be acting for private property companies, estates, entrepreneurs, funds, and high net worth individuals on commercial property development matters.

The fee-earner will report to a Partner and work within a section of the Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities

1. Development
2. Sale and purchase of commercial property
3. Landlord and tenant
4. Acting for banks in obtaining security

The role will include matters relating to residential schemes and mixed-use schemes, and relating to residential homes but increasingly on capital development projects.

THE CANDIDATE

A Senior Associate / Counsel with 8+ PQE, you will have an interest and enthusiasm for all aspects of Commercial Property, added to a track record of acting on significant development projects both residential and commercial.

The candidate will have top academics and experience from a mid-sized or City firm.
