Senior Project Manager - Outside IR35

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a team and lead a series of high-impact projects supporting the Transport Service in meeting legislative requirements related to Digital TROs and Moving Traffic Offences.

What is the role?

This is a temporary Senior Project Manager role to lead in the successful delivery of business transformation and process change to support our statutory highways obligations and compliance with legislation. It sits within the Transport Delivery team, but works with Subject Matter Experts across the whole Transport Service.

Your role will be to:

1. Successfully project manage a business change process from inception through to completion, to challenging timescales.
2. Work closely with officers, contractors, and elected members to ensure that the highest standards are achieved within the constraints of time and budget.

Key responsibilities:

1. Project manage complex business transformation initiatives.
2. Lead and support the delivery of multiple live projects to transform service delivery.
3. Develop a self-sufficient organisation focused on continuous improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with key legislative requirements.
