The Role:
A key part of the Senior Projects Manager position is to pull together the whole set of projects and processes, ensuring carefully combined planning, resourcing, and balancing/prioritisation of activity across the whole Projects portfolio in the business.
In addition, the role will be directly responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects (up to approx. 10 projects at any one time, depending upon size & complexity). A typical project is anywhere between £50k to £2.5M+. You will be directly in control of the delivery of between £2M - £5M annual turnover, and indirectly coordinating across the full Group.
You will need to build trusting relationships, both internally and externally, with strong and careful communications, using long-term risk management & programme planning, resulting in excellence in delivery across multiple & diverse projects.
