Senior Project Manager / Senior Civils Site Agent

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Agent / Senior Civils Site Manager for a Ltd position outside IR35 or as a Sole Trader. The client is flexible regarding the employment type.

The successful candidate will lead a £18 million project based in Solihull, serving as the Number 1 on site.

This project involves the construction of a 25x25 meter concrete structure for a massive tank, including airflow systems.

Our client is a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry, primarily operating in the water sector (both wastewater and clean water) and associated civils works, with projects located throughout the Midlands.

Experience Required

1. Prior experience as a Senior Site Agent or Project Manager
2. Experience in the water sector
3. Full right to work in the UK
4. SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW certifications; TWC training can be provided
