Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery:

• Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion, ensuring stellar outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape innovative project strategies.
• Develop and standardize project approaches across a variety of clients.

2. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Cultivate and manage key customer relationships, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
• Influence and guide customer teams, including senior leadership, to align with project goals.
• Navigate and maintain positive relationships in challenging, cross-cultural environments.

3. Financial & Contract Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for all financial and contractual matters.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual obligations while managing budgets effectively.
• Oversee financial aspects, from invoice approvals to comprehensive financial reporting.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years in a delivery-focused role within a complex retail environment (e.g., Project/Programme Manager).
• Deep understanding of retail operations, preferably with POS systems experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding stakeholder management expertise.
