Key Accountabilities:

1. Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
2. Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders and influence others at specialism or functional level to create and deliver operational plans.
3. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
2. Management of project resources (people, money).
3. Lead the planning of the task/project or function.
4. Manage work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
5. Lead, support and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
6. Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive Logistics including Construction Logistics experience
• Qualified and Senior Project Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels - internal and external - written and verbal
