Core Responsibilities:

1. Embedding protocols and driving all aspects of design management.
2. Undertaking a range of Project and Key Account Management activities ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. NEC Contract administration.
4. Monitoring, driving, and reporting on project performance including action planning/management.
5. Ensuring delivery of any personal business plan objectives.
6. Some aspects of business development including involvement in bids and presentations to clients.
7. Supporting members of the team as required.

About You

You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect. In order to be considered for this role, you must:

1. Be able to reliably commute to Glasgow and deliver projects in the Scotland wide area on a regular basis.
2. Have eligibility to obtain, or existing possession of SC level Security Clearance is required to fulfil the duties of this role.
3. Have relevant experience as a Project Manager.
4. Have a relevant qualification and/or membership of a professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM).
5. Have excellent contract knowledge.
6. Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills.

In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you:

1. To have experience working in a consultancy environment.
2. To be undertaking regular CPD activities.
3. To be Chartered or working towards Chartership.
4. To have experience working on Blue Light projects.
