Senior Project Manager (Financial Crime & Fraud)

Senior Project Manager (Financial Crime & Fraud) needed for an initial 6-month role with our large Financial Services client based in Glasgow, though the role can be worked predominantly remotely. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team within Fraud and Financial Crime. The right candidate must have strong Project Management and Project Delivery experience within Financial Services / Banking, an understanding of Fraud & Financial Crime combined with demonstrable experience leading Business Change and Technology related projects within FS environments.

Candidates are required to engage via an FCSA accredited umbrella company with a top end rate of £457 per day. Whilst the role is expected to be UK based and predominantly remote, there will be a need for very occasional travel to Glasgow for workshops.

Key Experience Required:

1. An experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex Financial Services related Change and IT projects.
2. An understanding of Fraud and Financial Crime projects within Banking environments.
3. Experience developing and managing stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring continuous and clear communications with sponsors, business owners, and impacted suppliers.
4. Experience of working closely with project sponsors to develop scope and business cases including financials and project plans.
5. Experience leading and coordinating teams of diverse technical and non-technical resources across multiple geographic sites and engaging effectively with external 3rd party service providers.
6. Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management skills will be essential, alongside strong & clear communication & inter-personal skills.
