eCommerce Software Snr Project Delivery Manager based London

Programme Manager to join Delivery Management practice for a high-profile programme.

You will be a seasoned project delivery professional with wide experience across end-to-end ecommerce platform delivery to high-profile enterprise clients.

Requirements:

1. Significant experience managing complex end-to-end client software projects as a supplier, with at least 10-50 team members, ideally implementing ecommerce systems or other high availability / SaaS software architecture across multiple regions and brands.
2. Experience as a Programme Manager across multiple projects and accounts.
3. Ability to forge strong relationships with clients who see you as a trusted advisor.
4. Experience of hiring, managing, and coaching project delivery managers and delivery teams.
5. Ability to manage the commercials / P&L, with a track record of ensuring financial performance of programmes.
6. Knowledge and experience of ecommerce platform delivery, ideally MACH / composable / interoperable solutions.
7. Experience of managing third-party SAAS, PAAS software vendors.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, polished presentation skills: you will regularly present project status to all levels in client organizations and internally, as well as broker challenging conversations with customers.
9. Expert in delivering using Agile software development methodology.
10. Track record of advising and influencing customer decisions.

Nice to Have:

1. Specific delivery experience with ecommerce software, i.e., MACH, Unified Commerce, Composable, Interoperable solutions - eCom, CMS, OMS technologies (e.g., commercetools, big commerce, New Black, commercelayer, contentful, fluent commerce, contentstack, amplience) or ecommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce (Hybris), Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
2. Experience working in programmes with multi-vendor delivery partners.
3. Agile Scrum master, SAFe Agile delivery experience and/or qualifications.
4. Experience working in a Continuous Delivery environment.
5. Experience working in the professional services arm of an enterprise software vendor or in a services-oriented development organization inside a large enterprise.
