Senior Project Manager - Construction

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join their team in Suffolk, England. The role will primarily involve managing construction projects, including major works and infrastructure such as road, rail, and utilities. To be considered, the successful candidate will have experience with Development Consent Orders (DCO) and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP). Additionally, strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects
• Oversee Development Consent Orders (DCO) and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP)
• Lead project teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Work with unfamiliar technical elements and develop solutions

Qualifications:

• Construction Project Management experience
• Experience with Consenting and DCO
• Knowledge of NSIP
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
