Formed in 2018, RFL Property Services is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London Group and has embarked on a journey of transformational change in the way estate services are delivered within the NHS, delivering a ground-breaking operating model for services that overcome traditional organisational boundaries and align across the ICS and Provider Alliance for North Central London.
Job Overview:
RFLPS is responsible for supporting RFL Group and external clients in the delivery of their capital programmes with significant investments in digital technology, medical equipment, and estates. RFLPS is seeking a highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to act as Senior Project Manager within the Capital Projects team, working with our parent organisation and external client teams.
The purpose of the role is to advise and support the Deputy Director of Capital Projects and to take responsibility for the coordination, management, and delivery of all aspects of Capital Projects to ensure investment and business case objectives are achieved and projects deliver in terms of Capital Project KPI performance with time, cost, and quality.

At RFLPS, we offer a starting salary of £73,743 p.a., 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, 6% employer pension contribution, group life assurance, and hybrid working (3-4 days at one of RFLPS and associated customer sites).
