Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity for a leading tier 2 fit out, interiors and structures company.

About the role of Senior Project Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued around 12 - 15 million, with a focus on CAT A work, cut + carve, structures and CAT B.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:

1. Acting as No.1 on site reporting to a Project Director
2. Running the project from start to finish
3. Day to day Client interaction
4. Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

1. Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
2. Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up from 12 - 15 million
3. CAT A, cut + carve, structures and CAT B experience
4. Commercial fit out experience for offices
