Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Change Delivery Team at Gallagher Benefits Services UK (GBS UK). This is a high-impact role at the heart of strategic change — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, delivery, and collaboration.

You won’t just manage projects — you’ll shape them! You'll lead programs that enhance operational excellence, streamline systems integration, and boost efficiency. Your work will directly impact how we operate, engage with clients, and fuel our growth.

You’ll Be Embedded In Our GBS Change Delivery Team, Working Closely With a Wider Network Of Project Managers, Business Analysts, And Functional Teams Including

  • Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Risk & Compliance
  • Senior stakeholders and executives across Gallagher’s UK and global business
  • External partners and tech vendors on a case-by-case basis

How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you'll lead initiatives from conception to execution, seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes
  • Leading cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies
  • Navigating change across business areas with varying levels of maturity
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Crafting and presenting detailed, executive-friendly documentation
  • Driving continuous improvement within our Change Community
