Job Description
A growing Engineering company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join their team working on a mix of substation and BESS projects across the north west area. The company specializes in the Power, Renewables, and Rail sector across the UK and has a number of projects in the pipeline.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on a variety of HV substation projects from 132kV up to 400kV, managing various engineering teams and sub-contractors. You will also have responsibility over the profit and loss accounts and financial aspects of the projects.
The company is looking for the following experience:
- Strong project management experience on HV substation projects (132kV and above)
- Experience of financial management of projects
- Good understanding of DNO and Grid processes (beneficial)
- Completion of UK power projects
The Senior Project Manager role will offer:
- Day rate up to £650
- Site-based role with occasional work from home (maximum of 1 day a week depending on the project).
