Senior Project Manager

The expanding Manchester office of a well-established Multidisciplinary Consultancy firm is now looking for a Senior Project Manager to enhance their team.

The Senior Project Manager Role

As the new Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, exceeding expectations to build strong client relationships. You'll also play a key role in fostering a positive culture in the Manchester office, mentoring junior staff and aligning with company values.

You'll help grow the Project Management and Quantity Surveying services by recruiting talent and building client relationships, particularly in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing project fees
2. Preparing budgets
3. Overseeing tenders
4. Ensuring successful project execution
5. Leading contract administration
6. Mentoring your team
7. Actively engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

The incoming Senior Project Manager will join a dynamic consultancy undertaking a varied pipeline of projects including housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use - with a particular focus initially on Residential.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience working in a consultancy, delivering projects across various sectors.
2. BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
3. Broad knowledge and competence aligned with the responsibilities of this position.
4. MRICS or Associate membership of RICS (or an equivalent recognized qualification MCIOB / MAPM).
