My client, a leading consultancy in project management, cost consultancy, and quantity surveying, is looking to grow their team in London by obtaining established Senior Project Managers. Their work spans a range of high-profile, high-value projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

They're seeking experienced project managers from a built environment background, ideally with consultancy experience on complex projects such as commercial offices, fit-outs, healthcare, residential, and hotels. The ideal candidate will be confident in a client-facing role and motivated to advance their career within a growing and thriving business.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ideally, hold, or be working towards, a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APM, RICS, or equivalent).
  • Able to provide strategic advice on procurement routes and delivery strategies.
  • Proven experience managing built environment projects across various stages, both pre- and post-contract.
  • Previous experience in a UK-based construction consultancy or similar client-side environment is highly desirable.
