Senior Project Manager – High-End Fit-Outs | £4m+ Projects | Central London

Salary:£90,000 to £110,000 plus 1% of Gross Profit
Location:Central London
Projects:Commercial CAT A and B fit-outs, typically £4 million to £8 million
Start:ASAP or after notice period

We’re working with one of London’s most respected D&B fit-out specialists to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead major schemes across the capital.

You’ll take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover, with the backing of a strong delivery team, reliable supply chain and supportive leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Running flagship fit-out projects valued between £4 million and £8 million

• Leading all client communication, site teams, supply chain and reporting

• Driving programme, quality, budget control and safety on site

• Working closely with the Commercial team to maximise margin and client satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-outs £3 million and above

• D&B experience in Central London (CAT A and B preferred)

• Strong communicator who’s confident managing demanding stakeholders

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as standard

• Professional, detail-driven and solutions-focused
