Salary: £52,373 - £62,685
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Change and Transformation team, working to deliver high priority programmes that support the implementation of the Council's Business Plan and Medium-Term Financial Plan.
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with passion and insight into effective change management, supported by an ability to lead a complex Financial Transformation programme. This will include a range of projects, designed to deliver a smooth adoption of new financial technologies, changing work practices and interdependencies across the department.
You must enjoy a fast-paced project management environment and want to be part of change and transformation in the public sector, improving services for the people of Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, will be outcome focused and be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
