An award-winning consultancy with a diverse and dynamic team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen their Bristol office.

The Senior Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will join a strong team of 60 in Bristol, including 12 specialists in the Project Management team. The team is currently delivering a variety of Healthcare, Education, and Higher Education projects, ranging from £1m to £5m.

While these sectors are an upcoming focus, the consultancy also engages in a wide range of projects across healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, education, sports, leisure, hospitality, tech, and industrial sectors and is actively pursuing expansion in these areas.

With a well-established presence in the North, their Project Management and Surveying presence in the South is still growing, creating significant opportunities for career progression. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to advance into an Associate Project Manager role, with no ceiling on progression as the business continues to expand.

The Senior Project Manager

The incoming Senior Project Manager will benefit from a good work-life balance, hybrid working 2 days a week, sometimes more based on site visits. You will be ambitious and eager to move into an Associate role as the firm grows, acting as a key contact for clients and getting more involved in management at this level. You will also have:

1. Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
2. Good pre and post contract knowledge and experience
3. Experience in Education or Health sectors is ideal but not crucial
4. Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
5. MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
6. A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7
