Our client has an extensive portfolio covering sectors across Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Heritage, Commercial, Community, Residential and Transport sectors.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on cutting-edge building projects across multiple sectors, covering NI, ROI & UK.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee diverse project management functions on transformative capital construction projects.
• Work on high-profile, innovative building projects in a variety of sectors.
• Lead client relationships and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
• Be empowered to innovate and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.

Experience required includes:

• Degree-qualified with at least 3 years’ project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• Member of (or actively working towards accreditation with) APM, RICS, or an equivalent professional body.
• A motivated professional looking to progress your career in project management.
