As part of this new organization, the Medical Cx and Data Team is responsible for Product Management encompassing Medical Cx and measurement, medical analytics and medical content. The Senior Product Owner will be part of the organisation of the new Senior Director, Medical Cx and Data and will be responsible for reviewing and managing the product backlog, estimating value and prioritizing delivery for the products in their domain, ensuring agile ways of working are followed. The Senior Product Owner - Medical Content Platforms will report to the Director, Content Platforms.
The Senior Product Owner is a key role within GSK supporting our ambitions to accelerate the end-to-end content lifecycle. The Senior Product Owner will work with the business to develop roadmaps for their product domain while partnering with our Data Science, AI/ML Engineering and other product engineering teams to deliver on the agreed priorities. In scope are the products that ensure compliant content at scale for medical and emerging new products that promise to transform how we use Generative AI to create content and approve content across the enterprise.

The Medical Content product team works across all Therapy areas and regions to ensure that Medical content systems and processes are efficient, compliant and continuously evolving to align with GSK strategic priorities. As Senior Product Owner, Medical Content Platforms, you will play an important role in developing the Medical Content systems roadmap to support Global Medical Teams (GMT) and Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to accelerate their Medical omnichannel strategy by driving efficiency and innovation in Medical content management.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholder groups across Global and LOC teams, including Commercial and Medical Affairs, as well as having regular contact with strategic external vendors to identify and implement best practice solutions to drive efficiency and innovation in Medical content operations.
You will also need to understand and follow our governance and compliance frameworks, including the Global Content Approval SOP, to ensure that we design solutions that are compliant and scalable across the organisation.
