One of the UK's most exciting FMCG businesses is about to appoint someone as a Senior Product Marketing Manager supporting the growth of a brand new app orientated towards smarter, healthier, and more nutritious life choices. This could truly change food as we know it.

Overview:

This role is going to be great for someone who feels they are surrounded by red tape and would thrive in an environment where large ideas, innovation, and creativity are all accepted with open arms.

Job Role:

1. Spearhead the creation and implementation of product marketing strategies.
2. Drive demand generation efforts to boost user acquisition and retention within the app.
3. Track and report on product performance and gather customer insights.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
5. Oversee product content across various digital platforms.
6. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and guidelines.
7. Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities for the product.
8. Craft persuasive messaging and positioning for the products.
9. Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.

Person Spec:

We are looking for a talented product manager who has a diverse array of experience across either agency or in-house product marketing management. There does not need to be an advanced knowledge of traditional FMCG marketing aspects, but an understanding of the industry would be excellent.

You will be a real team player who collaborates easily and is perfectly willing to let the light shine just as much on those around you as on yourself. You will have strong innovation and project management experience, as well as experience supporting product launches and the initial user acquisition, retention, and growth aspirations of user-facing applications.

The incoming incumbent will ideally have a passion for the health and wellness space and be eager to help their consumers make smarter, healthier life choices.
