CA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help deliver our strategic Insights capability. This is a special opportunity to transform the experience of our platform, utilising multi-source data to drive unique and valuable workplace insights. This role is suited to a PM who is comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, and can bring together a holistic vision with day-to-day execution, while being pragmatic, systematic and imaginative.

The Senior Product Manager will own and drive the roadmap for Insights, driving platform-wide value for our customers that ties together our product verticals and augments value by knitting together platform and external data. The PM will collaborate deeply with teams across our platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers, closely aligning with our People Analytics product but leading with a whole-of-platform mindset.

This is uniquely suited to a PM with an entrepreneurial streak combined with proven strength in driving delivery and execution. A strong customer-centric mindset, characterised by curiosity and empathy, with a proven ability to systematically identify core problems and convert those into possible solutions to test and iterate with customers is required. Your ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively and to collaborate across teams, cultures and timezones will be crucial.

What you'll spend your time doing:

  • Collaborating deeply with the team's People Scientist, Data Scientists, Designer and Engineers to discover and validate the needs of our customers and users to drive and enhance product market fit, including in the People Analytics product.
  • Working with Engineering and Data Science team members to understand and assess the technical tradeoffs in the space, so as to find the pragmatic path to the right solution at the right time.
  • Owning the roadmap for the team, making prioritization decisions, and creating artefacts that communicate the 'why' behind investment decisions and the 'what' of solutions.
  • Collaborating with those across the Product Group, Security, Legal, People Science and others around the business to deliver AI responsibly.
  • Driving collaboration with other product teams to build toward the future state for Culture Amp's platform, with teams in both the European timezone and the Australian timezone.
  • Working with GTM to enable Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to successfully launch, iterate and drive adoption of the product.

You'll be working closely with a cross-functional team and be supported by strong specialist and technical expertise. Given the remit, you will also need to collaborate with other product managers, design and technical leads to align on the highest-impact opportunities.

What you'll potentially bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in product management (or similar). Startup and/or strategy consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing Insights products for external customers (ideally).
  • Experience developing and bringing new products to market.
  • Very strong communication skills, in order to influence and align a diverse set of stakeholders ongoing.
  • Operational discipline and organisation.
  • Research skills to systematically collect qualitative and quantitative inputs, draw on sharp analytical skills, intuition and empathy to find non-obvious patterns, and distill it all into actionable insights.
  • Technical fluency to enable close collaboration with Engineering and Data Science. This role does not require data expertise.
  • A strong interest or experience in building and delivering platform capabilities that enable and multiply the value of the work of other teams.

We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:

  • Employee Share Options Program: We empower you to be an owner in Culture Amp and share in our success.
  • Programs, coaching, and budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally.
  • Access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support to sustain the wellbeing, safety and development of our people.
  • Monthly Camper Life Allowance: An automatic allowance paid out each month with your pay - you can spend it however you like to help improve your experience and life outside work.
  • Team budgets dedicated to team building activities and connection.
  • Intentional quarterly wellbeing pauses: A quarterly company-wide shutdown day in each region to collectively pause, reset and focus on restoration and rest, without having to tap into individual vacation time.
  • Extended year-end breaks: An extended refresh period at the end of year.
  • Excellent parental leave and in work support program available from day 1 of joining Culture Amp.
  • 5 Social Impact Days a year to make a positive impact on the community outside of work.
  • MacBooks for you to do your best & a work from home office budget to spend on setting up your home office.
  • Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only).

Additionally, we don't just focus on our internal community; we believe in creating a better world of work for all. We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with Employee Resource Groups and ally communities in place.
