Amazon is looking for a senior product manager with proven experience in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and detailed execution within our EU After Market Services team who will execute towards our 'Zero Waste' vision in close collaboration with teams across the EU Amazon Fulfilment Network and internationally.

We are currently looking for a highly committed, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive our efforts in Product Donations and Inventory Disposal Avoidance.
He/she will partner with a large number of stakeholders, such as Worldwide tech teams, EU Operations, EU FBA, Retail Impact & Category teams, Legal, Compliance, and Charities themselves, to drive scalable and innovative solutions to minimize waste, increase efficiencies, and maximize the impact of our donations.
The ideal candidate will leverage their ability to deliver results under ambiguity and to drive programs with cross-functional teams. He/she will have a sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and an ability to roll up their sleeves to deliver results while continuing to innovate. He/she will demonstrate a passion for the customer, for continuous improvement of business processes, and most importantly for making an impact on the environment.
Finally, a successful candidate must be able to work across multiple internal teams, leverage existing Amazon resources, and influence even without direct authority. The role is highly visible, and it will require someone who is motivated to make a big impact.
