You will be responsible for leading the "What" and "Why" of the product features, while collaborating closely with Engineers who focus on the technical "How." You’ll take inspiration from Benifex’s vision to create exciting and engaging roadmaps that captivate users, delight customers, and motivate the Engineers building the products. Building a close-knit relationship with your squad will be essential to ensure alignment, efficiency, and the delivery of exceptional product experiences.

  2. Product Roadmap: Work with Product Managers across products to collaborate and align experiences, growing the employee experiences. You will create and own the product roadmap, agreeing on quarterly objectives with other stakeholders.
  3. Ideation and Planning: Collaborate with UX teams and Senior Engineers from ideation through architecture and roadmap planning.
  4. User Stories and Development: Translate the product roadmap into clear user stories. Plan and prioritise for the squad Engineers to oversee development, testing, and delivery of features.

  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the business (Exec, Sales, Customer Success, Operations) to understand user needs while working with stakeholders to balance understanding their asks and planning priorities effectively.
  7. Agile Leadership: Guide team ceremonies and feature focus planning, focusing on meaningful collaboration and effective planning to ensure alignment and delivery.
  8. Feature Validation: Test and validate feature work, ensuring readiness for release and effectively broadcasting newly launched features.

What are we looking for?

  2. Product at Scale: experience working in global SaaS product companies or helping products achieve scale (enterprise customers, global features).

  4. Execution Focus: someone with a drive to get things done, comfortable committing and delivering to deadlines, and able to find ways around problems.
  5. Clear Communication: Confident in writing clear, concise user stories, presenting product updates, roadmap plans, and feature release announcements. Comfortable delivering presentations at company monthly and quarterly updates, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
  6. Deep Relationships: Demonstrated ability to engage with Engineers, explaining the "What" and "Why" of product decisions. You will foster collaboration by bouncing ideas, participating in discovery, and aligning on solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
  7. Drive and Resilience: Passion for the product and the employee experience mission and vision, coupled with tenacity and resilience to navigate challenges effectively.
