About the Role

We’re looking for two Senior Product Designers to join our UK team and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centred designs that enhance customer experiences and drive business success.

Location: UK (Remote, with occasional travel to London)

Key Responsibilities

1. Create end-to-end design flows from research to high-fidelity UI design.
2. Apply user-centred design (UCD) principles to craft intuitive, engaging experiences.
3. Conduct usability testing and leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
4. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
5. Champion UX best practices and accessibility standards across our products.
6. Work closely with the Design Lead to drive innovation and improve design processes.
7. Mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
8. Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across multiple products.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer in digital product design.
2. Strong proficiency with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, interaction design, and UI expertise.
4. Ability to translate user insights into practical and visually compelling design solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
6. Attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and high design standards.
7. Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience

1. Background in finance, fintech, or investment platforms.
2. Familiarity with data visualisation tools for presenting complex information intuitively.
3. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for responsive design.
4. Experience working in Agile development environments.
