Due to a CIPS-recognised transformation, they are constantly innovating and pushing forward procurement to remain at the forefront of the industry. As part of this transformation, they are expanding the procurement team with a £3 billion investment over the next three years.

They now seek a Senior Procurement Manager to lead logistics spend categories, covering fleet, freight, warehousing, automation and more, but will consider a strong indirect generalist from any complex services category background. You will join the team at a critical time, focusing on strategic development of ESG agendas, digitalisation, and commercial value. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will spearhead multiple sourcing projects within your assigned logistics spend categories, aiming to accelerate this FMCG Giant's transformation period. Your role will involve more than just traditional tendering; it's about building negotiation strategies with partners to maximise their performance and commercial value.
