Job description

Senior Process Engineer - 12 Month Contract

I am currently recruiting a Senior Process Engineer for an incredibly interesting Beverage company who are looking to invest heavily in the UK.

This position will help design new process and packaging equipment across juices, smoothies, carbonated soft drinks, and dairy products.

As you can imagine, typical equipment found in the process includes but is not limited to:

  1. Pasteurisers
  2. Mixing Vessels
  3. VATS
  4. CIP Systems
  5. Liquid Filling equipment (bottling, canning, and Tetrapack)
  6. Fermenters
  7. Agitators
  8. Pressure systems
  9. CO2 systems and recovery

This role will involve full end-to-end process design, optimisation, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will be:
  1. An experienced Chemical Engineer
  2. Experience in working within the Beverage sector (Soft Drinks, Dairy, Brewery, or Distillery) and biotechnology industries
  3. Have project management and/or commissioning experience

The role is based remotely with some travel and therefore can be based anywhere in the UK.
