We are hiring 2 Senior Process Development Technologists, and 2 Process Development Technologists for our client, a Food Manufacturer in Manchester!
Are you ready to join a thriving food manufacturing company with a rich history and ambitious growth plans? The business was established 80 years ago and are growing their NPD Process department in Manchester!
- £250m turnover, aiming for £300m in the next 3 years
- Two UK sites with (Apply online only) employees
- Major customers include M&S, Sainsbury's, and Tesco
- Producers of iconic products!
As a Senior Process Development Technologist, you'll be at the heart of their NPD team, working within a large factory across their Ambient section.
- Run and validate process trials
- Manage projects with a focus on critical paths and efficiency
- Collaborate with a newly revitalised NPD team
- Present to your customers, the major mults
- Management of a small team
- Step up during busy periods when running multiple projects
- 3 years' experience as a process technologist (Food Manufacturing experience is essential).
- Food Science/Technology degree
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Forward-thinking and ambitious personality
- Competitive salary with a range starting at £42,000.00
