Senior Print Account Manager
Wakefield. Office-based, 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
£40,000 - £45,000
Free on-site parking

Your new role
The Print department is responsible for the account management, purchase and supply of customer print and corporate gifts. The role is a technical role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a long track record of technical print production and skills in both commercial and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Play a key role in the administration of orders and campaigns.
2. Liaise with all departments internally including sales, CSD, finance.
3. Source products from our current print supply base.
4. Develop and grow key accounts as well as managing a small team.
5. Offer solutions across the whole print management category to improve profitability.
6. Resolve product-specific queries both from direct customers and internal sources.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Background in print production is required and not a desirable skill.
2. Track record in account growth.
3. Management skills, to train and develop a small team.
4. Sales experience within a print environment is essential.
