The Role

As a Senior/Principal Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer in the residential sector, you will play a key role in shaping diverse development projects throughout the Southwest region. You’ll work closely with various departments and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with Transport Planning and Infrastructure teams
  2. Perform detailed flood risk assessments
  3. Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert advice
  4. Lead and support team members
  5. Engage with clients effectively
  6. Maintain and uphold quality standards

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4 years experience
  2. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  3. Proven experience in flood risk and knowledge of flood risk assessment processes
  4. Knowledge of and/or experience in drainage design
  5. Genuine passion for your work
  6. Ambition to advance your career into senior leadership and management roles
