Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Great client, looking for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic Manchester team. With the current lead based in Glasgow moving on, this is your chance to step up and take the reins locally, guiding technical design delivery and mentoring junior engineers.

Your Role:

1. Lead the technical delivery of electrical designs from concept to completion.
2. Oversee and mentor two junior engineers, fostering growth and development.
3. Conduct site visits and surveys as needed—locally focused, no extensive travel.
4. Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
