Senior / Principal Civil Engineer
Wigan, Lancashire
£50,000 - £60,000+ (DOE) + Benefits

We're currently working with a well-established consultancy who are looking to add a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to their growing team. If you have a passion for residential design and the technical know-how to deliver infrastructure projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

You'll be working on a wide range of residential development projects for major national and regional housebuilders and developers. You'll play a key role in delivering S104, S38, and S278 designs, using industry-standard software tools in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. 5-7+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design (residential-focused)
2. Strong knowledge of S104, S38, and S278 adoption procedures
3. Previous experience working closely with housing developers
4. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Causeway PDS, Flow, and MicroDrainage
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff (for Principal level)

Salary & Benefits for a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer:

Senior Engineer: £50,000+
Principal Engineer: £60,000+
