About the Role

Partnering with territory leads within Nutrition, you will have direct impact on key commercial decisions. You will drive decisions linked to sales activity planning built around product pricing and margins. This is a financial role, with your decisions directly driving the P&L.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage the key pricing hierarchy across the business, and monitor implementation and impact of pricing changes.
  2. Review volume vs price to build out elasticity models.
  3. Manage the lifecycle of pricing changes, from modelling impacts to making sure we align with our customers expectations.
  4. Promotions modelling, considering GP, CLV and top line sales.
  5. Track competitor pricing activity, providing insights and recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.
  6. Gross Margin Analysis: Analyse gross margin by product, SKU, and channel; recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in financial modelling is essential.
  2. Data focussed professional with an analytical mind-set, quick to grasp the fundamentals of a business and have strong communication skills.
  3. People management experience.
  4. Must have excellent Excel skills.
  5. Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-moving and changeable environment.
  6. Experience working with large data sets and complex models.
  7. Experience or knowledge of data systems and coding (eg SQL, Power BI, Tableau) - preferred.
