Salary: Up to £53,373 per annum (dependent on experience)
Additional Benefits: £2,000 annual retention payment & £2,000 Golden Hello
Location: Hybrid Working/Bromley Civic Centre (Churchill Court)
Hours: 36 hours per week

The Encompass Fostering Therapeutic Service consists of a team of highly experienced foster carers and supervising social workers. This newly launched initiative provides extensive support to therapeutically trained carers, ensuring children with complex needs can thrive in a nurturing, family-based environment.
