We are currently searching for a Senior PR Manager to join the team.

Our Senior PR Manager at Belstaff will be competent and well-connected with hands-on experience in a leading media and talent facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident in creating and delivering integrated PR and communications strategies including ideating and pitching brand story angles, securing organic coverage, stakeholder profile building, VIP/talent gifting and events.

You will report into the Brand Marketing Director and work closely with them and the wider brand team on amplifying key campaigns and brand messages through strategic PR, event and VIP talent coverage. In order to deliver this, you must join us with an exceptional network of media and industry contacts that you can lean on to drive outcomes.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and implementing the global PR and talent strategy to deliver our new brand direction, expand our reach and diversify our audience
  2. Nurturing relationships with journalists, talent agents, stylists and industry contacts to elevate Belstaff's profile and increase coverage opportunities
  3. Creating a profiling strategy for our COO, Brand Marketing Director and Design Director including a LinkedIn strategy, roadmap of target media, story angles and timings
  4. Building a media and talent tiering framework to ensure all activity is aligned with our overarching brand vision
  5. Actively ideating and pitching feature angles and new product drops to media to generate organic product placement and brand features
  6. Implementing the organic/paid seasonal gifting strategy including VIPs, content creators and cultural tastemakers to generate social reach and engagement
  7. Leading and project-managing any PR-focused events/brand activations including guest list management, event production, gifting and press/social coverage
  8. Sharing the weekly/monthly PR and talent reporting framework to ensure we are tracking reach, engagement and ROI
  9. Writing and distributing press releases and press alerts
  10. Owning the PR and talent budget ensuring all activity is tracked and accounted for
  11. Managing and mentoring a PR & Samples Assistant

We are looking for someone who has:

  1. Demonstrable experience as an established PR/Comms/Talent Manager in fashion, lifestyle or sports
  2. A network of press and talent contacts including top-tier media publications (e.g. The Times, The FT, GQ, Vogue, etc) and culture-focused, niche publications (e.g. Hypebeast, Proper, etc.)
  3. A portfolio of strong examples of previous work including press coverage, campaigns and events
  4. Competence in writing creative copy for press releases, bios and press alerts
  5. Experience in project managing events from end-to-end
  6. The ability to think strategically and build seasonal/brand activations plans including deck pitches and budget proposals
  7. The ability to interpret briefs and deliver simultaneous projects on time and to a high standard
  8. A curious mindset with a natural interest in culture and trends
