Senior Power Platform Specialist
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 + Unlimited Training Budget, 6% Pension, Private Healthcare, Perks
About the Role
Are you a Power Platform expert looking to make a real impact? We're looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that transform businesses. You'll use your technical and functional expertise to build applications, lead discussions, and drive adoption of Power Platform technologies.
Whether working independently on short-term engagements or as part of a larger project team, you'll ensure every solution meets client objectives and delivers measurable value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Consult & Collaborate - Engage with stakeholders, understand business challenges, and build strong client relationships.
- Design & Develop - Create model-driven and canvas apps, as well as enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Lead & Influence - Provide strategic guidance on best practices, governance, and solution architecture.
- Innovate & Deliver - Work within agile teams, leveraging Microsoft tools and accelerators to build world-class solutions.
- Drive Excellence - Ensure solutions follow software engineering best practices and industry standards.

- Power Platform Expertise - Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams.
