Job Description

Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer (Full Time) - £40-50k - London / Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join a growing team, take the lead on developing cutting-edge Power BI solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making for a dynamic Media Agency. If you’re passionate about data visualisation, campaign performance reporting, and using data to unlock insights, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
• Provide guidance on data modeling and DAX calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data security/compliance
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions, making sure they're efficient and user-friendly
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team’s capabilities

About You:

• Having worked in a media environment is a MUST for this role
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Power BI developer, with a solid track record in delivering complex solutions
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, Pro, and Mobile
• Strong experience with DAX calculations, data modeling, and optimizing Power BI reports
• SQL and data warehouse concepts knowledge is a plus
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration and automation
• Exposure to other visualisation platforms like Looker Studio is helpful
• Confident in presenting analysis, recommendations and driving strategy to senior stakeholders
