Senior PMO Analyst
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A bit about the job:
You will be working at the heart of our strategic programmes or across a change portfolio, setting the standards and being the source of tools, governance approaches, and guidance. You will steer programmes towards excellent delivery through the application of the right governance, planning, risk, issues, and financial management.
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support and leadership to a range of change stakeholders for complex and large-scale programmes across the key PMO pillars of Oversight, Insight, Foresight, and Hindsight. We proactively highlight deviations, trends, and issues ahead of time, identify themes and areas for investigation to support delivery, and provide confidence that change is managed to clear risk tolerances within an effective system for predictable, no surprises delivery. You will also act on behalf of the funding boards to ensure agreed investment money is spent appropriately and action is taken where it is not.
