About the Role:

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Contact Centre platform, which serves over 20 million clients and processes more than 35 million customer interactions annually, operating 24/7. We are committed to continual improvement, and we seek individuals who are curious, innovative, and dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality software and improve the platform's operational capabilities.
2. Develop clean, testable code and serve as a mentor for less experienced engineers.
3. Engage in continuous learning and improvement, always seeking ways to enhance team productivity.
4. Participate in production incidents and contribute to operational stability practices.

Skills:

1. Extensive Experience: in the voice/telephony area, with a strong understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture.
2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux OS management, VoIP, SIP, and various data communication protocols (HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP).
3. Agile Mindset: Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and operational automation.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
5. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, perform quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing.
