Senior Planner - Preconstruction - Major Projects

This leading Tier 1 construction company is one of the leading lights in innovation, technology, and knowledge of most sectors within construction. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner or Planning Manager to join the business to work out of their London office leading major construction bids from £50m to £250m in value nationally.

As a Senior Planner, you will have specific experience in tendering for major projects within the commercial, residential, education, health, leisure, and life science sectors. Your role will be that of a lead Senior Planner within the company, and you will have a CV that offers stability and strength.

There is a big opportunity to move into a management role overseeing the London region or a significant part of the company's Preconstruction Planning function, which is growing.

The initial project you will be involved with as a Senior Planner will be a £160m major refurbishment in the West End of London. This is a highly technical and complicated project logistically and will draw on all your planning skills.

For this Senior Planner role in a business that exceeds £800m in turnover, you must have a stable CV with few jobs and over 10 years of experience with other recognized blue-chip contractors. Extensive knowledge of Asta Powerproject is essential. You should have multiple building projects over £75m in your CV, where you played a significant part.

This position could also be referred to as Planning Manager, Lead Planner, or Senior Planning Manager.
